Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy

People come to therapy for so many reasons, some of which are listed below. Usually they are experiencing some distress, feeling stuck, overwhelmed or conflicted. They often want to address a specific concern, life event or difficulty. Sometimes, people don’t know what is troubling them but seek self-understanding to work through and come to terms with challenges sat deep within themselves that are somehow making their life, work and relationships feel hard and confusing. They may be living with depression, anxiety or acute feelings of isolation and doubt.
